I've tried several locations of hole mole from Tustin, Costa Mesa, and the Huntington Beach location. Huge fan! But BY FAR the Huntington Beach location is ON TOP. NO joke if you get their fish tacos (which if you aren't why are you even coming here) it is literally so GOOD. The flavor of the batter and the sauce with the fish literally melt in your mouth and bro pls the portion size is amazing. The fish taco is actually difficult to hold because the fish taco is so big. I always get the mini plate because you get 2 tacos one being fish and the other one brisket taco which is actually so mid.... it's actually not great lol. I always ask if I can replace the brisket taco with a fish taco and they say No! But I really wish they changed that policy because the brisket taco is more expensive to purchase individually than a fish taco. and then i get an additional fish taco and because it's absolutely chefs kiss. the mini plate is pretty filling for me because it also comes with rice and some chips. a MUST TRY!

This place has great food, prices, and friendly staff. Bathrooms were clean. Salsa bar is wonderful with very flavorful sauces. The tacos were small but very tasty. I had 4 crispy tacos and my husband had 8 of them.

Good Mexican joint near Huntington Beach. We got the steak and eggs burrito and chicken mole. I am currently on somewhat of a strict diet so I respect their use of a small amount of ingredients for really delicious Mexican food. Food is reasonably priced and they bring it out quick. Servers are nice. If you've never had mole, come here for your first try (the bowl's only $10). Chill restaurant with fast food vibes. Highly recommend giving it a shot if you like Mexican food and are in the area.

Always passed by this place on my way to the beach and so happy my curiosity was rewarded. Place was clean and open spaced, lots of seating indoor and outdoor. Loved that the salsa bar is free to grab what you need. The two girls working were inviting and friendly. The girl who took our order was a superstar - she gave us recommendations, she was personable, and genuine. We ordered at the counter and the food is brought to the table. Went all out with the Nacho Papas Nachos, Yellow Chiles, Frozen Horchafé (horchata), and an al pastor burrito (no photo). .Nacho Papas Nachos were delicious and everything you'd want for a big order of fries with lots of toppings . Yellow Chiles were a nice touch to compliment the meal. Had some good seasoning on it, I don't think they were spicy if anyone was worried. .Frozen Horchafe (horchata + coffee) was delicious! This really got me into horchata! And super refreshing on a hot day .Al pastor burrito hit the spot! Got all the essentials for burrito needs. Was a decent sized burrito, nothing crazy for size.
